Facilities
Immanuel Christian Academy and Immanuel Lutheran Church are situated on 12 acres of privately owned land. Every square foot of the land is available for and assists in the instruction of Immanuel's students.
Immanuel has seven spacious classrooms in the main building. All classrooms are full of natural light, have air conditioning, first aid kits and dual exits. Our lower grade classrooms also have bathrooms.
Immanuel has a fully equipped library that is accessible to students at all times. Within the library is a classroom, utilized for art projects and science experiments.
There is a lunch room as well as two onsite kitchens that are available to the school for special events and is utilized in the serving of our hot lunch program.
Our gymnasium is home to many Immanuel Cardinal Basketball and Volleyball games and is utilized for recess on inclement weather days and for our Physical Education program. We have a P.E. storage room stocked with sports equipment and manipulatives used for gross motor skills. We have a large theatrical stage located at the north end of our gym. The fully equipped stage is utilized annually for Parent Teacher League (P.T.L.) events, a spring musical and other school activities.
Students visit our Music Director’s classroom or the Sanctuary for Music and Choir classes.
Our Sanctuary is attached to the school building and ensures safe travel to our weekly chapel services and Choir/Music Class.
Sunday Worship is at 9:30 a.m. every week unless otherwise noted for holiday services. All are welcome!
Our school office is inside the entrance to the main school building. Our Administrative Assistant, Mrs. Honey is in the office from 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. daily.
The beautiful grass fields and spacious playgrounds are utilized for recess, gym, extended care, P.T.L. functions and other school & church activities.
The buildings and grounds of Immanuel are maintained daily. The trustees, congregation and staff work together to provide students with a clean and safe environment in which to learn.
The facilities contribute substantially to the education of ICA students. Our 12 acres provide ample space and various opportunities to learn about, explore and care for God’s creation.
